Stunning location with a gorgeous drive through beautiful countryside, sheep on the road. Quirky farm with many different units including a yacht on a small lake. Lots of different animals roaming free, including very friendly horses. Good hot tub with lovely view. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet, no noise from road traffic! Plenty of chairs and tables outside.

The nook could do with some TLC! Even just a coat of paint would make a big difference. It just seemed a bit tired and not as clean as I'd have liked it. The bed felt small and not very comfortable, same for the pillows. No guide for hot tub and no controls to change temperature, though it seemed ok for us. It all then seemed to be switched off on the morning of our arrival even at 8am when we used it. Technically we should be able to use the place till 10am. Shower was very poor, weak and luke warm.

Very friendly owners, very helpfull, fast responses . Welcome treat (food and drink),. Well equiped kitchen. Spacious, nice location in bright colors. Good shower. Fast internet. Noice present when you leave. Everything is perfrect. This is by far the best location we stayed in during our trip. This location is highly recommended.

Our GPS sen dus to the wrong location. The route via Marazion centre to the location did the job. The last end of the road is quite bumpy but if your dive slowly it is not an issue.

Laundry room let the whole site down. It was basically unusable due to bird poo,dirt and dust. No where to put clothes down safely There was no laundry powder to buy.

Staff. A couple of members of staff came across as rude. We asked for juice at breakfast but we were told as we were towards the end of service they had ran out … We were made to feel awkward asking for a glass of wine at 1045pm on our return from the theatre. Member of staff looked at his watch and made a point he was serving begrudgingly. Told us to sit elsewhere He then put a screen up around the bar area! All seemed too much trouble. In check in we were told breakfast was not included however it was - and we had to show our confirmation as proof! Food was fresh and good. Bathroom was really tiny. View from window was awful (although we didn’t spend much time there). Sadly we probably would not return.

No longer has parking which was inconvenient for us. There’s now a strange empty seating area in the place of where cars parked. We cancelled our dinner table once we saw the prices, this was a shame. Also please offer beans with the breakfast, they’re cheap enough.
