Nicely decorated Victorian home, nothing out of place, and dining room had a modern twist to it and inviting. Lovely staircase up to our Room. It was twee yet comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Tina was amazing, full of energy and nothing too much trouble, a credit to her business. Perfect location for both South and North beaches and amenities.

Maura was very helpful since the beginning, answer quickly messages and fixed everything we asked for. The apartment is very comfortable, beyond our expectation. She left a basket with treats for us, and a packaged refrigerator. Everything is new in the flat and very clean. I definitely recommend the accommodation!

The flat has a pub below, so it was a bit noise, but nothing too annoying.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The shower was brilliant. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The garden was lovely and with the weather being warm it was really nice to enjoy are drinks outside.

The surroundings were awesome. The access to central London was ok, but not great. The room was small but nice and clean. The shared kitchen was excellent. 100% would recommend to others.

For 3 of the 7 days, there was no lift and walking 6 flights was bad for my knee. Requested a partial refund and was refused. Folks who live there told us the lift is always broken. Also, the kitchen equipment was lacking - baking pans, no paper towels for the glass table top. One small garbage bag for week’s stay. Bathroom had major mold, the basin has no drain cover and the facet needs a filter unless you enjoy getting sprayed with water. And unless you enjoy sleeping on a trampoline, the bed was inferior.
