Spending the night at the Sofitel London Gatwick was the perfect way to start my long journey back to Australia Everything was fabulous and the location couldn't have been better being situated in the North Terminal down a little tunnel. In the morning I just had to walk for 5 minutes and I was in Gatwick International departures. The bed was super big and comfortable Dinner at the Italian restaurant was excellent The staff were friendly and accommodating

I only stayed 1 night at Hotel Z, but I found the property to be brilliantly situated, very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was small but had everything I needed including an excellent shower

I was very happy with Hotel Z and it served my purpose perfectly, the only issue was how small the room was as I had to put my bag on the bed, but I'm not sure how they can improve this! I didn't have breakfast

A charming ‘old world’ hotel. A lovely experience with a step back in time. Slightly aging, but retains a romantic charm. It’s best to request a seaside room, as the views are beautiful and the rooms generous in size.

Loved all the amenities and decor. Home owner showed us how to use appliances and TV, there was even cereal for our breakfast.

Was local to city centre just a walk away and also close to my daughter who I was visiting.. Bed was comfy

No storage in room..no drawers or anywhere to hang clothes or even hooks on back of door for coats.. Bathrooms didn't have anywhere to put your things ie clothes while showering and you can't put on floor as both floors get drenched while showering..also downstairs bathroom has a gap in door if someone showers at night and light is on other guest can clearly see in as I saw out as ppl walked by.. Alot of ppl arrive before 3pm and being in downstairs room I had ppl knocking window to get in so disturbed with ppl trying to enter building and my room

Old furniture,old bathroom,bed covers,dust on lamp,around Tv,window dirty. Air conditioner was not working.
