When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

The room was very neatly cleaned up and was comfortable enough for two to stay. Moreover there was a range of eatables in the kitchen. It is closest to the G1 ( the local tram which takes you to the city) and also buses and the host - a superb gentleman, he is available at one call of yours, each room has a private access, very much secured, we were two ladies in a new place as tourists but we felt we were the safest there... Wonderful place....kudos to the host...Lovely

I had a great stay, with pleasant staff, excellent food and a very comfortable bed. I paticularly liked having non-synthetic pillows and duvet! The hotel was very well-placed for my work the following day.

The bathroom was small and a bit cramped., but I imagine that is hard to avoid in such an old building. Parking in the car park opposite was easy but surprisingly expensive for a simple overnight stay- not the fault of the hotel of course, but something to bear in mind when costing up the trip.

Leaving the hotel. That is what I liked. Thank you. That is it really. Nothing else I can say. The shows I saw were good. Liverpool is great. I went on the wheel. I had Scouse. The people were friendly.

The hotel sign could have been more visible. The outside needs a paint job. The bell/buzzer needs fixing. The inside needs decorating and cleaning. The staff need to be friendly. They need curtains in the rooms. The windows need to be double glazed so you can't hear the demolition across the road at 4:00am. Or just bulldoze the place down and start again.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was fine. Location was great for King’s Cross and they stored our luggage for us. Staff very friendly.

Not the hotels fault but there was building work next door (looked like they were knocking it down) which was extremely loud and shook the whole building. Was going on when we got there in the afternoon and started again at 8am the next day. Was fine for the one night we stayed, however I wouldn’t recommend if you plan on spending any time in the room other than to sleep. Carpets need replacing - stained and coming up.
