  Great location overlooking Palace of Westminster ( after we had had a room upgrade because the first room wasn't clean) The manager was very helpful. The second room needed vacuuming, as did the carpet in all the hallways. Beautiful breakfast and very attentive concierge.

  When we arrived, we had a bath with no plug, after continously asking for one, and several just brought up to our room without being tried. My husband wasn't happy, he went to reception, told them it wasn't good enough, and the manager did give us another room, but it shouldn't have taken 24hrs
