Nice and quiet location. Nice host, although hard to find out who is responsible, as there are different people around. We didn´t get the room we wanted and they tried very fast to help us. Rooms are big enough, a mix of IKEA paired with a newly renovated old building. Breakfast is included, although a bit chaotic.

Different kind of apartments, some where souterrain, so take care what you book and what you get. I did not want to look to the road above my head, and they didn´t mention it anywhere during the booking. So we asked for another room and got one of the maisonette rooms. The staff was helpful and excused for the situation. Maisonette room felt like back in student days, but was ok. Breakfast is for free in the community kitchen. I didn´t really find out who was responsible for the food provided, so depending on when you arrived at the breakfast room, either there was some food or there wasn´t. So best idea was, to help yourself, as there was a fridge with some food. It felt like a mix of backpacking/youth hostel, coworking, co-living.... not too bad, but you have to like this kind of accommodation.

Room and location were very good . We got a cheaper room above the bar but heard a thing at night. We did have a little early morning street noise but we were sleeping with the window open. Staff in hotel bar were very friendly professional and efficient

Everything appeared brand new and of top quality. Spotlessly clean. Great attention to detail and a nice eye for stylish decor. The kitchen was well-equipped, the showers great and the hot tub superb. Location is ideal.

We struggled with the controls on the cooker and didn't have/couldn't find the house manual with all the instructions -probably because everything was so new! We also didn't know what bin to use for recycling. Also, the washing machine needs fixing in properly, it tried to escape!

Great location for broads & coast & excellent for what we wanted to see. Staff were very friendly. Accommodation roomy & comfortable. Food (dinner) was very good value & tasty.
