The location was lovely. The view was nice from the window and The room was spacious. Lovely large wardrobe. Good facilities in the room such as hair dryer, tea, coffee and fan. Very accommodating. Allowed early check-in and kept our suitcase safely until we were ready to depart. The furniture in the reception area was lovely.

TV remote was the incorrect one for the telly as it was a replacement and could not easily change the channel or view the TV guides on the TV. The lift door kept juddering and not closing properly. It seemed to be struggling a lot. The music in the reception and at breakfast could be at times too loud. One morning at breakfast two types of music could be heard making conversation with the waiters difficult. Cracked tiles in bathroom floor.

Cosy and well appointed cottage in a great location. There was no breakfast apart from tea/coffee - but a box of biscuits and a bottle of wine!

The key to the entrance door was really sticking and created a certain amount of anxiety.

Bed - uncomfortable- sheet ripped, bed requires attention. Traffic going past the front of the cabin at speed. View out over the back spoilt by white pipe/conduit running the length of the fence, looks unsightly and spoils the view, especially after you can clearly see work had been done at the other side with a new fence and wooden planters

Nice clean apartment and walking distance to Inverness city, parking for car also.

Toilet didn’t flush properly we had to keep refilling the back with water. The oven was also broken and we couldn’t use it. Host did drop an airfryer over to us the next day but we’d already cooked dinner by then.
