All the staff were polite and helpful especially the breakfast staff. The jacuzzi and pool was nice and the dinner was excellent. I came with my disabled son and the room we were given was just right with an accessible bathroom. Staff were very kind and caring towards him and helped us with his wheelchair. One of the breakfast staff reserved a table for us for the next day. The way the staff are towards customers was over and beyond my expectations. I plan to come again in the summer with a friend.

As soon as we arrived at the property, we were in absolute awe. It is breathtaking, even better than the photos if you can believe it! Beautiful rooms, beautifully decorated, so much character, and stocked with everyone you could need. As a group of 12, we were well looked after and Coralie is an excellent host - so helpful and welcoming. The barn is located in a lovely quiet village, close to Hay on Wye. We couldn’t recommend Meadow End Barn enough! Hope to return again in the future :)

We have stayed here before and often visit chesterfield. It is functional, clean and staff friendly. The bar is ok.

Walking to town means crossing a busy junction. Not good for those with limited mobility or walking difficulty. This time we were on the top floor over the dual carriageway. Friday night traffic was noisy for much of the night.

The flat was very cosy, comfortable and in a good location within the town. It was well equipped.

There was no direct car parking available at the property, but there was local parking available where you can park for up to 72hrs. The steps up to the flat are quite steep so would not suit anyone with any mobility issues.

No parking is a big problem but unfortunately nothing the hosts can do about it. Not great for anyone with mobility issues but the comfort made the journey worthwhile Would love to stay again but it appears that single nights aren’t available and so my future trips will entail me staying elsewhere 🙁
