Staff allowed us into our room early as it was ready. Bags were stored for us the next day, for a couple of hours. Breakfast was good. The view from our room was wonderful. Location very useful for Central London, especially as we had an appointment at Buckingham Palace next day - 10 minutes walk away.

The breakfast was amazing!! All you could eat, and every one of the choices cooked to perfection! All the staff team were friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure every guest had everything they needed. Location is great, right on the front. Everything was clean, spotless. 😊👌

I find polycotton really hot and uncomfortable, and would have been much happier and had a better sleep with cotton - but would still go back!!

Free parking, close to my destination, ample space in the room. Onsite restaurant was OK for a basic continental breakfast (charged for)

Not enough towels for all guests, had to go buy some from the local supermarket myself. No space to hang my clothes. No wardrobe, rails or hooks.

We had room 103, Bassenthwaite which was superb! Outside balcony and our dog loved it as much as we did.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The cost of drinks were very expensive. Even in the bar, they were high end restaurant prices.

Musty, damp smelling, dusty, dirty room with cobwebs. No milk for a cup of tea, hand soap or shampoo was provided. ( we were told this was bc we were self catering- even though we were booked in for breakfast??) Kitchen glasses were not washed-just put away with fingerprints and lip marks still visible. We were expected, so it would have been more welcoming to have had the lights and heater on. It was cold and took ages to heat to make it comfortable.
