I was meeting friends in the afternoon so couldn't check in but the online check-in feature was very useful. Keys were waiting for me on arrival (even though it was quite late - 11.30pm). The night satff were friendly and helpful.

The light (and noise) from the hallway floods into the room due to quite a large gap between bottom of the door and carpet. Even with curtains drawn and all lights out, it was still a quite well-lit room because of this.

Lovely little apartment that was super close to all the bars and restaurants. The room has changed since the pictures and there was now a proper bed that was really comfy and cosy. Amazing little room!!

Very very confusing instructions on how to get into the property and parking. However once we figured it out it was fine and became super easy after that.

Front door lock was broken, guests were having to let each other in because key was just spinning in the lock. In fairness I did manage to get it open on the second day but it took a long time and anyway I still had to answer the door several times for people who couldn't do it. More seriously than that even, I didn't have a key to my own room. There was a key in the room when I arrived, but it was not the correct one. Didn't get a response for this second issue, so had to just hope no one would take my things while I was out all day.

this is a house (more than one house) with security code pin entry into the house and into the rooms there are a lot of extra stuff to fill in (including ID watch out for identity theft if they lose that) an extra charges that they make you pay to get in, read the fine print carefully. the service was terrible, once you have paid for your room they do the bare minimum, if there is fault in there system it is your problem not theirs and it will delay you getting into your room. half of the stuff in the room did not work (TV etc) no wifi their communication was terrible all the good reviews are plants or they were very lucky.
