It did its job for us just a 1 night stay after a concert at the University music hall which was right round the corner then in the morning a trip to football stadium for a 3 minute walk. I recommend here if you ain't bothered about noisy streets, uncaring staff and broken rooms and just want a stop off rest point For a concert or football

It's only 5 pound but it didn't state anywhere we had to pay for parking on here or the website but we move on staff didn't seem to care ( I don't blame em but it's their job to show a little service lol) don't expect much from here

Beautifully presented, great location, stunning garden view room. Staff were super attentive and we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Incredibly clean and a great place to stay to explore Cornwall from.

Only tiny thing if I had to pick something and this is very minor was the cooked breakfast would have been complete with beans (veggie option came with them but not the Alverton Grill)

The location mainly, you could get to Covent Garden in about 15-20 minutes. The rooms were clean as well and that is always a big thing for me when staying at a hotel.

We stayed in the deluxe triple room, however I would say that the roll was not so deluxe, I think the rooms need a refurbishment to make more space, you had no space in the bathroom and I was almost touching the ceiling in the shower as the space was so small.

Right next to the palace, so cool. Proximity to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was perfect for us, both inside and out.

Unfortunately no mirror in 2nd bedroom. Lack of hooks in bathroom. Cistern got stuck constantly. Shower leaked. TV had three white dots on screen, indicating will breakdown soon.

I needed to be on the road for 7am, formally breakfast started at 7.30, I asked the staff if I could have something at 6.55, they got me some juice and pastries, which was lovely of them, but if the centre is to be offered up for business use a 7am breakfast start would be recommended

Everything is was bad. It smelt like marijuana throughout, the bathroom was especially horrible and the carpets were sticky
