Hi, there We booked a 1 room on Saturday 21st September 24 By by mistake for 28th September 24, instead of 21st September 24. As I realise at after 11am same day then I rung Hampton Hotel receptionist lady for change my date to 21st sep24. She said I have changed my side and when you receive the massage for it then you accept that,After she said it's done both side. When I went to hotel night time in reception, other lady said your booking is not showing on our side for tonight. I was so sad that time because my and little girl with me. I request please do something for me, She I can give you only 1 Bed. But room booked for 3 people. Many Thanks

Host was always available if needed. Very Friendly and informative. Property was very close to Pleasure Beach. The apartment was very clean and modern, with all we needed for our nights stay. Would definately recoomend and come back, in fact looking to book again.

Limited bar menu for food. You could only order food if you were sitting certain seats in the bar area, but once you’ve got your food you could sit anywhere?

In description they say its 88m2, it wasnt at all ( landlord counts with balcony,which is outside the flat for everybody ). Everyday there was a party in other flat. Pictures of the flat doesnt match ( landlord said he took pictures from every flat and chose the best rooms from every flat and mix it to “perfect pictures”). First time happened this to me.

As with any hotel, unable to open the windows properly so therefore the room felt very stuffy. I understand it can’t be helped with being so high up, it’s to dangerous for the windows to open
