Great location with lots of cafe and food options around. The view overlooking the beach was delightful. The host was friendly, we ran into each other a few times by chance as he lives in the same building, so as a solo traveller it was nice seeing a friendly face around. I also appreciated the breakfast options of cereals, croissants, jams and even some ramen! I'd stay here again.

Brand new hotel - well equipped (especially if for a longer stay - we were only one night) with very friendly staff. In a part of London we would have never thought of staying in and enjoyed exploring the area. Not cheap but if with a family, highly recommended

The owner Kacey was exceptional, extremely accommodating. Our evening meal was exceptional as was the most amazing breakfast. The room was very tastefully decorated, all very eco friendly.

Too noisey, thin walls and can hear all the other people in the house. Mattress had springs coming out, front yard isnt even maintain and bad garden just as bad with dead rats lying about. Kitchen isnt the cleaness wouldn't make food in there. Small shower room isnt blocked off at the top of the wall and can hear people in the connecting bathroom doing their stuff 😢😢. Its not worth the money we paid for it. If they cleaned it up both inside and out it would be more desirable. 3/10 😢
