Spacious for a family of four as the cheapest hotel was going to cost much more for our stay and only offer 1 room so we choose comfort. Good decision as this worked really well for our teenage boys and us. Very clean Lovely decor and bedlinen was luxurious Offered Netflix and other options on TV Close to Man City stadium & Etihad Campus tram line (10 min walk) Washing machine & laundry powder provided Some toiletries provided - shampoo conditioner & body wash Hosts were organised and informative

No dishwasher which was a pity. We probably might’ve cooked more if there was a dishwasher. Enough crockery for 4 people but just. Needed to wash up before next use so it would be nice to provide a little extra. Plenty of cooking pans & utensils though. We weren’t sure of the area in the beginning as we don’t know Manchester at all , but it was safe and quiet and convenient to getting into the city centre. Tram line was better than buses (more frequent ) but it was a good 10 min walk so for families with younger children this might be tricky. Great for families with older children or 2 couples or perfect are going to a City game as you are so close ! But of wear & tear on the carpets and sofa which is a shame as the rest of the decor and bedroom linens are so luxurious and modern and spotless. But was very clean so just our observation as we would have rated this higher if the carpets and sofa were in the same condition.

Great room, very clean, big walk in shower, nice view of the garden. The Inn is in a ideal location, a stones throw from the main street. Oh and the food was soooo good! Lashfords Sausage and the best Black Pudding i have ever had for breakfast. Evening meal was excellent too, could'nt fault it. Staff were great too! A special mention for Nina who served us breakfast, she was a breath of fresh air, just Lovely!

Room was a little dark. Food could have been served hotter. Few cobwebs around in room and dining room.

Room was beautifully furnished, roomy and comfortable.

Nothing to dislike. Advise to spin round or turn over mattresses n the excellent quality beds so that the same edge is not constantly sat in the same place.
