We had such a lovely time staying at the plough inn. Perfect location for lots of dog walks and the room was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner in the bar area with our dog during our stay and the food was lovely, although as it was busy we did have to wait a while between courses. We will definitely return!

Very nice stay here, room was lovely food fantastic (when it arrived) restaurant staff were fab, grounds are beautiful, could have done with the pool being just adults for longer in the morning but not the end of the world.

Ordered a dessert in the restaurant which took an unbelievably long time in the end we cancelled dessert and my partner drove to a local shop for sweet treats, however the restaurant staff then brought the dessert to me room which was very sweet of the two young girls, kitchen let the FOH staff down

Location was ideal, just off the dual carriageway. After check in we spent the afternoon in Teignmouth. Breakfast was just right!

Fabulous bed, so comfortable. The apartment was exceptionally clean, perhaps the cleanest air B&B I’ve stayed in! Good location.

The hotel is beautiful with lots of art deco features. The bedrooms are a little tired , clean but fusty .The bathroom was brown marble patched up with silicone sealant.

The kitchen and lounge areas were nice and spacious, well equipped.

The back garden was in a poor state, missing a lot of grass and what was there very overgrown. Our dog did not want to use the back garden given the state. This also resulted in a large number of flying bugs being present in the garden / property. There were black bin bags from previous guests piled to the side of the garage and outside the kitchen door. Our dog found the bags outside the kitchen door and tried to eat food that had fallen out. The sound of crows thoughout the day meant it was not pleasant to sit outside. The secondary shower heads did not work making it very difficult to clean our dog after a long day out hiking.

Bathroom in a closet was way too small and inconvenient to enter. The emergency light in the room was way too bright.
