  The location of this property is ideal, right in the heart of Ambleside in a converted church. This is a beautiful building surrounded by amazing views, there is a bench just outside the grounds that has an impressive view into the hills, perfect for enjoying a brew. Bedrooms are very comfortable with all you could need. The kitchen/dining room is spacious and looks great. The lounge is comfortable with a door the opens saloon style with a bench right outside each apartment.

  I have no complaints but there are graves still on sight that some people may not like, I personally think it adds character.

  Lovely B&B in heart of Hawes with Free parking & a very tasty full English was enjoyed. The room was basic but spotless & had everything we needed. We got a fab price as booked last minute. We received a very warm welcome from Elliot whose customer service was excellent from carrying my case up to the room & being very attentive at breakfast. He recommended where we could go to eat/drink etc & was overall a lovely fella!

  Beautiful place, stunning views. A visit to Glenariff forest park and waterfalls is a must. The beach is a few mins walking distance from the property as are the bar/restaurants, shops and takeaways along the main street. The hosts had thought of everything. A welcome note and extras left for our stay was a lovely touch on arrival.

  One of the best B&B I stayed. Neil was very kind and helpful. Kiloran is very well equipped, clean and with such a wonderful view of the lake & garden. The food basket is amazing. They have even prepared the pillow mist that we like very much.

  The shower was amazing! And the TV was extra large to watch from the very comfortable bed. Great location as well, a short walk from Queensway tube station.
