We have just returned from staying in The Tack Room, this place is amazing, we loved it so much we are returning next year and hopefully many more years to come. I received a very informative and useful text from Wayne, prior to arrival, excellent customer service. The room was lovely, 3 windows, a comfy bed, a useful microwave and fridge, soft bath towels, my list could go on and on, everything you might require during your stay, had been thought of. My husband loved the cakes and chocolate bars!! The accommodation is set in a gated, peaceful area , with an excellent pub literally across the road. There is a lovely garden and also seats outside your accommodation. We can't wait to come back.

The cottage was beautiful. Well equipped and comfortable and very clean. About a forty minute drive to Cromer or Wells so great for a day trip to the beach. The cottage has a lovely small outdoor area that is very sunny and a great place to sit outside. There is plenty of seating in the cottage and it is well furnished to a high standard. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back. 7JB I

The stairs were very steep and winding so may be difficult for someone who struggles with stairs or has very small children. As the bathroom is downstairs you may need to negotiate the stairs in the night.

Great communication with the host. Very responsive host. Very nice and clean apartment in a quiet location with places to park on the road. Walking distance to city centre. Great place for a couple, but to o small to accommodate a family of 4.

Our room had a slight ‘foisty’ smell-potentially owing to it being in a boat. Didn’t spoil the stay but was noticeable.

Easy to get to Hotel and easy to reach tube for connections. Impressive lobby.

For the amount of money paid, the rooms only offered a double bed…. Only used to king or queen sized beds so felt very small. Snack shop at the hotel - prices were ridiculous! £4.99 for a packet of biscuits and £2.50 for a mars bar…🫨

The checkin was a little bit awkward, they asked for our credit card and noted all the informations on it (including the security code) on some kind of excel on their computer 😐, explaining that it was for the caution. We found this a little confusing because normally with booking they are supposed to allready have this kind of information, no ?
