This hotel is relatively recent on the market. The refurbishment is new and very tidy. The decorations and light bright rooms and corridors add to a feeling of comfort. The breakfast is generous and well priced. The rooms are comfortable. The top floor have a terrace on one side. The transport is very easy, from Heathrow Airport 20 minutes and the Piccadilly Line trains are just outside. The station Northfileds is just across the road. Central London is just 20 minutes away. The local buses provide excellent, regular and frequent journeys to other local centres, Ealing, Hanwell, Southall, Brentford. Ideal for going to football matches, the theatres in the West End of London. The staff are highly motivated and remain at your disposal. They are happy to help. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

The parking was a real bonus after arriving early, we had a very warm welcome the pub itself has a modern but olde world charm with a lovely terrace. We had a small lunch before going into the city which was very good, also the breakfast in the morning was wholesome and well presented. Our room was no.8 on top floor although a little climb it afforded a nice view of the park towards the 02 and cable cars! Would definitely revisit again and highly recommended especially if you are going to the 02

We only stayed overnight and would have liked to stay longer. The pub was in a great location for attending a wedding in the cotswolds. The room was generous with lots of nice touches such as a Dyson fan unit, local teas/ coffee cafetiere and homemade shortbread. The toiletries were by Bramley and were lovely. Breakfast was generous and the staff very friendly. There was a beautiful seating area outside, which we did not have the chance to test out.

The room was a bit let down by the rather tired bathroom, which also smelt a bit unpleasant. There was an automatic light in the small lobby area leading to the bathroom which came on every time we turned over in bed, which unfortunately did affect the quality of sleep.

A little expensive for the room type and the continental breakfast but the location next to the ferry terminal and the great view are what makes it more expensive than an equivalent hotel .

the room had stained sheets, the fan did not work, the floor was not vacuumed well, dirty walls, then they had loud music playing from the kitchen from 6am until the end of the night when they closed which was commented on and the next day again with music. The hallway smelled like marijuana. No window on the room The bathrooms are constantly dirty, some clogged, hair in the showers until the next day, no gel dispenser as shown in the photos and nothing to dry your hands, lack of toilet paper.
