Room was lovely and very spacious. The bed was very comfy. Everything clean and to a great standard. The location was excellent, such a short walk to the airport. Especially loved the coffee and tea bar next to reception, which I think is a great extra as we checked out extremely early, and needed a coffee to go!

It was quite a noisy hotel. We were woken at 12am to fellow guests swearing and being very loud on the corridor outside our room. There were quite a few rowdy groups.

The location is good for the price, just a quick walk to the tube. Enjoyed breakfast too. The curtains are certainly a big plus. There are laundry facilities with washing and drying machines which was quite handy for people on longer trips. The female bathrooms and toilets are clean.

The main issue I had was the stuffiness. The musty odour was extremely noticeable in room 110!! It is due to poor ventilation - yet I could not open the windows any further than the locked position (which opened a mere ~15cm gap). With 12 people in the room this was hardly enough, I felt like I could smell the guests staying here 10 years ago while sweating in my sleep in some nights. I would imagine a wider window opening or daily window opening time with some kind of fan would improve the smell greatly. The room is also a bit crowded, in my room the bunk beds have 3 levels. I stayed on the top bunk, so there are 2 people below me and I can feel them tossing and turning, and you have to be really careful walking down the tall stairs especially in the dark. Tolerable though, compared to the smell.

Very clean, modern rooms, practical, lovely helpful staff, very high standard for a 3star hotel... Doesnt have hot food, but have snack and decent cold breakfast with unlimited water and luggage storing option. Nice and cosy.

The tv couldn't be tuned to any channels, ariel appeared to be useless. Couldn't connect Netflix to tv as wifi/broadband wasn't good enough. There were no WiFi details to try and connect phones to. The place was damp with paint flaking off the walls. The carpet between the lobby and bedroom wasn't fitted, so a trip hazzard and 1 socket in bedroom loose. Would have been useful to know that there would be no toilet roll or washing up liquid and cloth. No central heating working details available.
