  It smelt amazing when we arrived, staff were brilliant, ken the cloak room man was very welcoming! Room was big for 4adults, it was clean & everything we needed was in there! Breakfast was fab, spacious area to eat in & with a view of Brighton beach! We didn’t use the spa or pool as weather was amazing!!

  Cereal, croissants, milk, eggs, tea, etc., homemade yoghurt and compote were provided. Facilities were as described. The room was in a beautiful location with a lovely garden to sit out in with lots of wildlife! The hosts Nina & Paul were very friendly and helpful. Easy parking at the front of the house.

  The property is currently being renovated and I'm sure this was not mentioned when we booked it so it was very messy in parts of the building and a little unsafe. Our room although clean was a bit dated and not worth the money we paid. I feel we were paying for the location as it was right on the beach.
