Stay was exceptional, I was heavily pregnant and was made to feel comfortable and welcomed by the staff. Marriana checked us in and was incredibly friendly and ensured we had a fantastic stay.

Value for money could have been better in the Resturant, we had a dinner of two burgers with soft drinks and fries and paid about £50 for this, was a little disappointed for the quantity and quality recieved. Would in future go to one of the nearby restaurants instead. However, breakfast at the hotel was incredible value and outstanding quality, so felt like that made up for it.

No lift, we couldn’t lift our luggage for two flights. So they gave us a ground floor room.

Wanted a real kettle, not a fan of hot water from a tap. Also, you need a few floor-standing mirrors, as the plugs aren't near enough for a hairdryer etc.

The restaurant was very disappointing.we used the restaurant on first evening & we ordered food only mains & had to wait an hour for it to arrive cold. Burger for my daughter was cold and very dry the cheese didn’t even stick to the meat . Flat iron steak was cold and tough , I was expecting a lot more from a Hilton hotel .
