Super close to the airport, only about 10 minute walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with the way they managed to keep noise issues down. You could see the runway from our room, but when the windows were shut you almost didn’t hear the planes. Food menu was more extensive than expected.

The staff were amazing very friendly and efficient. It's because of that alone we would stay here again. The breakfast was superb, and the hotel was so handy for the WMC and Cardiff Bay. 5 minutes walk brilliant

Wall lights by bed had small metal buttons you had to twist to put in on and off, not good for an accessible room for the disabled. Marks on top of the chest of drawers and drawers stick when you tried to open them The red runners on the beds were full of pulls in the material. The room could do with refurbishing, but still, it was comfortable and convenient l. All minor points but might put some people off

Lockbox easy to access and code was received prior to checking into the property. Property located within walking distance of amenities. Clothes washer and dryer was functional. Kitchen had basic equipment.

Property was not as neat as per online pictures. Dishwasher was not functioning and we had to wash all dishes by hand for the duration of the stay. Dishes were not clean upon check-in. Pots, pans and cooking utensils were not clean and were in a poor condition. Beddings did not appear to be fresh upon check-in. Towels were stained. Bathroom was satisfactory.

Informed customer service same day as we arrived . There were no internet. Lid on garbage bin broken, several things in kitchen were dirty. Customer service informed owner and technician. No one came in the 6 days we were there. 😕. If you don't mind these things it is a nice apartment. Handle on toilet brush broken. No one came to replace it.
