Good hotel near the motorway. Has its own restaurant with a simple standard menu, but the dishes are prepared freshly and tasteful. We enjoyed diner here very much. Breakfast was simple but very neat and tasteful too. English as well as continental breakfast available. The staff greeted us pleasantly and told us to register the vehicles first. Free parking is wonderful. We were on the 3rd floor. A bit of sound from the motorway, but not too disturbing. Rooms are good and very clean. Very good bathroom and hot water. Close to the channel or Dover ferry from here. WiFi is password protected and works accordingly for most purposes. Not super quick, but good enough. Nice place for a stay over. I would definitely recommend this hotel again. The price/quality level is okay!

No serious negatives I can think about. We were worried about the dogs that are aloud in the hotel, but this posed no great issue.

Property was beautiful, if you like contemporary, which I do. It had such a nice feeling to it. Outside area great bonus. Personally, I would remove the hot tub and have table and chairs in its place but for hot tub lovers, I'm sure it's a good feature. Georges, the host was excellent. Would definitely stay here any time we visit bath

Lovely welcoming hosts, Chalet very clean and in a super private spot in the garden- loved the garden lights. Super breakfast - I had an early start and hosts happy to put on breakfast early. Great access to Northwood House and into Cowes.

Small but interesting room above this gastro pub on the Kennet and Avon Canal, a 10 minute walk from Bradford on Avon.

No complaints but for hotel information purposes, the batteries in the TV remote were almost dead so changing channels was frustrating.

The room was very cold, and the heating did not come on for a very long time after being activated. I was tired and cold. No spare blankets and just a thin duvet, I had to put my coat on top of me to keep warm. Too tired to get up and put the light on to see how to call Reception :-( Breakfast was sparse, more continental than British, not a comfortable restaurant, it had more of a “cafeteria” feel. Found a mysterious small black bug crawling over the bed, squashed it and handed it to Reception in a tissue! Not what I expected from an Hotel connected to the Hilton brand,
