Perfectly located, that fits without any doubts. However, that’s all. Actually, communication with the owner and organizational matters too. Quite reasonably priced, but rather not good value for money.

Definitely not for five people, in fact for up to 3. Much more comfortable beds needed (all beds). Poor maintenance generally; e.g. a wardrobe was broken. Although in this case it would not be too difficult to repair; according to us it is a bit unnecessary shortcomming that shows the owner's lack of interest when it comes to a maintenance of the apartment and its equipment. Not sufficient cleanliness (dirty dishes, crumbs in the kitchen and on the dining table). The apartment smells weird (a musty air that will accompany you on the way back to your home in your luggage and hair). Finally, we can confirm what others posted here - there is a very little water pressure in the shower, it's more like a water mist. We were disappointed. It's definitely not an apartment you want to spend more time than necessary, quite usable for a sleepover only. The presented photos do not correspond to reality (a photographer did a great job). Maintenance is really necessary, you can't just rent and communicate well.

Despite the solid performance, the Leven overall felt sterile and flat. The decor in the rooms was okay, but felt quite bland and unimaginative. There's a random selection of books in the room that seemed very odd, and the general feel of the space was just not very relaxing. The public spaces similarly seemed well designed but lacking character or thought - just generic and bland really. Personally for me the bed was way too soft - but as I say that is a personal preference.
