      This is now my go to place to stay in sandown decent room with a sea view really comfy bed hot shower nice and clean fair size good value for money and the best thing we're the staff I would like to think all hotel staff were like this but there not Ellie and the other young lady sorry I didn't get your name are an absolute credit to the owners funny friendly and efficient well done guys thanks alot I will be back 😀

      I’m struggling to find anything positive about this hotel to be honest, on arrival walked through reception area carpets so bare well worn, lady on reception pleasant and offered early check inn for £30 being told previously I couldn’t have early check in via booking.com and a direct message saying no availability to do so, bit odd.

      Very dusty room, paint on carpet looks like a quick touch up before we arrived no protection on the floor as you would think to stop the paint on carpet, looked for pillows and found a bag with a very stained duvet no idea why this was in wardrobe when it was so dirty looked like it had been their for quite a while, we took out a small fan to use as the room was so hot due to a radiator that was on in the room, on a hot day, it was full of dust I had to open the fan up and clean the blades before we used it not really what I should be doing on a break really, spiders in the room also which wasn’t very nice at all, went to reception the que was so big due to people checking in to let them know what we had found they didn’t have any other twin rooms so we was not able to move! We had been out most of the day and came back and checked in late was so tired had a quick drink but was so busy at the bar with minimal staff that looked so stressed 😫 so gave up after our second drink and went to room we was in room 42 twin so noisy doors banging in the night and the morning, our door to room was banging as it didn’t fit the frame lots of play on the door rattling, a fire door near to our room that was banging with the draft coming down corridor, no water in room or fridge to pop some in to keep us refreshed, no iron or board, the hair dryer needs replacing as smells of burning when used so didn’t bother using it, very poor rooms needs upgrade, we booked 2 nights and stayed for one as I was so poorly with a sore throat probably due to all the dust and heat in room with a lack of sleep, it was not a cheap hotel I paid £296.

      Everything was excellent just like our last stay , but we were dissapoited to know that you stopped serving delicious muffins in breakfast. We really missed your special upside down baked muffin.
