Gorgeous stand-alone unit, furnished & decorated with flair. Spacious with everything we needed. Outlook onto a lovely peaceful cottage garden with outdoor seating. Perfect for us as we were visiting family in nearby Acton only a 5 minute drive away. Free parking and a short walk down a lane. Joanna was an excellent host - was very helpful and communicated well. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, great location - shuttle bus to Heathrow and easy bus/ train to central London. I ate one meal at the cafe and it was good value and tasty. Kettle in the rooms is always a good thing .

Fantastic location and the lady who owned it was so welcoming, friendly & funny! It was lovely and clean, not noisy at all, comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely return when in area.

Only thing I can think of is when I showered in the evening not much water came out the shower so took a long time to rinse hair. It was ok for my friend tho next morning

The Hotel is in a very quiet area and the rooms are at the back of the hotel. All you can hear are the birds. Really lovely, & is our second time here.

Beautiful building full of lovely and unique artwork The gardens are well tended and quite lush . The breakfast was delicious!

We stayed Monday and Tuesday which are the 2 nights the restaurant is closed so you have to venture out for dinner which is ok if your not arriving too late , we found some lovely local places to eat .

Mould found in fridge, £50 authorisation charge on your card when you check in, I work in a hotel what on earth is that for??? No mention of this when checking in. Then the cheek to say oh if you don’t pay for something it will take 10 days to go back in to your bank. Just don’t do it. £7.50 for parking is ridiculous, false advertisement on tv says parking is £5…

Where do I start??!! Room TINY. Granted the measurements were on booking.com but the layout was ridiculous The noise!!!! Not from the street. The hotel!!! 1st up - the floorboards! Ok it’s an old building but you couldn’t even tiptoe!!! I felt so bad for whoever was below us! 2nd - the door to the bathroom. Even noisier than the floorboards! Im up & down to the toilet all night so I almost wanted to wet the bed rather than disturb others! 3rdly - The room next door! Being on the top floor there was only 1 bedroom next to us. Every floorboard, every drawer, every door PLUS every single word the couple next door said!!! If it wasn’t so hard to sleep anyway I reckon their conversation could have put to sleep my ADHD kid on skittles!!! 4thly - Because of the obvious lack of soundproofing my partner & I found ourselves tiptoeing about & whispering to each other all night - & I don’t mean sweet nothings! No chance of that or anything else when even the quietest of my moans would warrant a 999 call! The receptionist…. Very young, very pretty, very nice, very sweet, however when we complained about how awful our stay was she just had a little giggle. No apology, no explanation, no solution 🤷🏼♀️ To be honest, I would have expected, & would even have put up with this room for one night IF it had been priced to reflect this but for the pounds paid & compared to other similarly priced rooms the price was waaaaaay over the top!

Staff were not very professional. No drinking water available. Changed me £4.80 for one bottle of water. Someone was walking around and upstairs which made lots of noise. While checking out the staff was not at all showing any kind of professionalism. Horrible experience.
