The staff were 1st class,welcoming and helpful,10/10 our only fault was our room was far too hot,but when we contacted reception we were immediately offered a new room or a fan,we were ready for bed so chose the fan it was in our room within 5 mins. We had a good rate,so, it was great value for money and the breakfast was excellent We were seated immediately, a very reasonable wait for breakfast which was smoked salmon and perfect poached eggs! Thank you so much.

Size of the studio was good, good decoration, and have all the essentials things we need on a trip like Fridge, kettle, microwave, hairdryer, iron. sheets and towels was clean, bed very comfy 24 hours bus, but very far from all the tourists viewing.

Extremely dirty, toilet, floors . Toilet sync also. Kettle was disgusting inside. We can’t use it, unhealthy. Entrance of the property dirty. First door was unlocked and broken. Looks no maintenance, even with housekeeper on site . I spend few minutes cleaning the toilet and the room floor before we placed our belongings.

Very comfortable clean accommodation in a quiet location that still has good access to town pub, restaurants and supermarkets. A cosy cottage feel inside with all modern conns and great balcony terrace.

Only thing was height of step into Kitchen. We were ion family trip with 85 year old mum and she found that step a bit of a struggle.

I think this property is very good vfm on the high street. I had an issue with the tv in my room and the owner differed to come, no hesitation, to out it right. Thankfully wasn’t required.

As part of a working pub, noise could be an issue for some, but wasn’t an issue for me. Not very keen in the colour of the stairway and decor on the landing between the bedrooms .

Great locatiion for a concert at Anfield. Very well priced. Nice, clean, modern rooms - great mirrors. On site parking. Lovely receptionist (Lucy), very pleasant, helpful and informative.

Wonderful location and general setting. Very comfortable room. Nice public spaces. My dining experience was very good but not outstanding.

The spa is very smart, but a little disappointing. The outdoor area is very nice, and the steam room is good, but the sauna is somewhat cramped. The hydro pool was non-functional during my visit. Moreover, the full width of the main pool is compromised due to its layout, limiting the space available if you want to do some serious swimming.

Nice for a couple of nights, offering free WiFi and a communal kitchen. Bed was ok but certainly no Travelodge.

The photos you see are exactly what you’ll get. No Tv but to be expected as it’s actually student accommodation during term. Nevertheless unless you’ve got a modern phone you’ll be stuck for something to do at night. One pillow per person but probably could have got another two if I had asked as I did see other travellers return from reception with extra pillows. The bathroom door was kept closed as much as possible and I did ask reception to give the bathroom the once over with bleach because there was strong smell of urine emanating from there. Sadly it never got cleaned.
