I have stayed at this hotel many times now. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate. Excellent Wi-Fi connection, a good breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. Definitely recommended for a stay in Coventry.

This room, while small in size, is very unique. However, it is very clean and extremely comfortable. The design is unique, adding a special touch to the experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the environment is safe and secure.

A really well set-up hotel, tastefully furnished, brilliant beds and very helpful und friendly staff. Even the refurbishment runs without disturbing the guests much (at least not us). Parking is very good and without fees for guests.

Conveniently situated to Arena. Room was clean with the essentials provided. Bed comfortable. There was a good range of options for breakfast, staff working hard.

Evening meal of fish and chips very disappointing, over battered, you could barely find the fish which was welded to the batter obviously over cooked. However, the Manager was extremely sympathetic to our complaint, apologised and refunded us immediately the price of one meal, very impressed.

Our room on the top floor was clean and comfortable with a lovely big bathroom. However, impossible to sit up in bed (my treat to myself on holiday watching tv) due to the sloped roof. Maybe think about reconfiguring the room layout

The receptionist was HORRIBLE, extremely rude. We asked if there was another room available as the one they gave us was dirty, dusty and with chocolate wrappers on the floor etc and a broken window that doesn't close. Receptionist immediately becomes rude and even asks "and it took you this long to come downstairs?"
