  Outside dining space was fantastic and option of staying for evening BBQ all home cooked food was just what we needed . Friendly relaxed hosts which added to the restfulness we needed . Will definetwly recommend and consider rebooking if in the area .

  I have stayed at the Welbeck several times before and I really like it. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfasts are lovely. Sadly, missed one on departure due to early ferry. Staff always super friendly.

  Lovely character cottage with great location in the heart of Bakewell. Both bedrooms large enough for adult couples with own bathroom

  Small kitchen and no outdoor space, although these were minor pints we were aware of when booking. Not a problem as very close to all pubs, restaurants and Bakewell Tart shops

  I like the swimming pool and Steam Room

  The bedding was disgraceful! Duvet cover was too big for the duvet which led it to keep falling off. When the duvet fell off it's cover, it became apparent how dirty it was. When I emailed them to complain about the state of my room, I even provided photos! They got back to me referring me to the review process!

  How close it was to all the amenities.

  Not as clean as the 9.2 rating that it got. The caravan is showing the wear and tear. The shower head is to heavy for the the fitting you have to hold it over your head which makes showering difficult.
