The single beds were very narrow I did not like the shower gel the air con was not the greatest it worked for a while and stopped there was no drawer to put your clothes

Restaurant was very average, in fact, poor. Didn’t like the stairs along the hallways. Best to request a room that doesn’t involve stairs if you have any mobility issues.

Nothing luxurious about this place. It was filthy from top to bottom. Took over 40 photos and requested someone come to see for themselves. Eyelashes, pubic hair, dirty towels, pool area with hair balls and confetti everywhere. Only soap was Aldi hand soap which was covered in hair. Someone's juice bottle in the bedroom. Carpets had not been hoovered. Please take the time to search Pass the Property who manage this place. It appears it's a common theme. I was contacted by the Manager, Angelica who stated because it was a discounted rate of £400 a night that's why it was like this. No coffee, no washing tabs, no pillow protectors! I could go on & on all things you would expect when it's sold as 5 * Lux My emails have since been ignored. The grounds look nothing like the photos, weeds heavily overgrown and the front gates propped up on bricks. Again a response via email from Hazel was "it's not going to look new like it does in the photos" I have sent all the images to booking.com hopefully will assess the matter and save other people from spending this kind of money on something that should 2* accommodation.
