Just a 15 min walk from the town centre. The caravan was of excellent quality and immaculately presented. Had everything needed for short or long stay. Staff very friendly, pub and entertainment great. The park is very well maintained with large fountain, kids area and fire pits to sit around when it's a little colder. Short walk to shops and the town centre along the river tweed and teviot which is a lovely stroll. Kelso in general is a lovely quaint town and has an abundance of shops restaurants and pubs. Loved our stay and will be back.

it was clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. A car parking space was reserved. An outside patio eating area Was available. A heated towel rail provided in the bathroom.

Only 4 teabags provided. Need to replace the small bath towels with bath sheets. Difficult to lock front security door.

Very close to O2 Arena and comfortable room. The breakfast was great as well, you order your food and have a buffet of snacks available at breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out.
