Being located on 4th floor and having to carry my luggage up stairs and back down pleased it was only once each way Was aware no life at the property but stairwell rather narrow didn’t make it easy Not fault of property as I said aware no stairs and could clearly see from image outside of building potential to have 4 floors

We appreciated the location of the accommodation near Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Abingdon etc., its cleanliness and comfort. Mrs Adepoju, to whom we spoke only once, lives next door so that she is available if her assistance is needed – and the welcome basket is a thoughtful gift.

Great location and friendly, helpful staff! Sure the room is small but for a couple of nights is what we needed- clean and with all basic amenities. Value for money, would book again.

Room was indeed small and basic. Some rooms don't really have a window which could be a deal-breaker for some people but we didn't mind really as we were in the room only to sleep.
