Good size, near the sea. Plenty of resources including tvs in bedrooms as well as in lounge. Comfortable There was space for one car at the back of the property and on street parking at the front. It’s near to shops/take away. Nice touch of milk, orange juice, biscuits etc It was warm when we worked out the heating though it did come on one night at about 11 so maybe we were not sure

Only minor niggle that the key box is virtually at floor level and as I have mobility problems I ended up having to sit on the floor initially to open it.

Lovely staff, the service at dinner and breakfast was spot on, so friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, Wonderful location beside the lake. Good food. Thanks for being so accommodating for my Mum who recently had a fall and was in a wheelchair.

I booked a “standard double” room but the room was incredibly small (not a problem) with a small double bed (a bit of a surprise!) The bed was not particularly comfortable meaning that we didn’t sleep too well.

Opens up to an alleyway with no privacy. So I.e bathroom close to front door as it’s in the kitchen. cannot open door with blinds closed. Friend taking delivery and I walk in with a towel into the kitchen and I’m on view to the general public everyone can see you when walking past. Overflowing bins in alleyway. Friend cleared it. Couldn’t fit Range Rover in free parking space. Parked on residential road behind and it got damaged. No security light, so if coming late at night walking down an alley No washing liquid. One toilet roll. Sparse kitchen equipment Cutlery tray on side rather than in drawer. No spare bedding. No where to put clothes in one room. Just a bit expensive for this place.

The building was under construction, front door wide open when we arrived compromising security. There was no hand towel provided, no way to dry dishes. Scaffolding was placed right against our windows, which had to remain open because the apartment was quite stuffy without air flow, which also compromised security and privacy. Also, walking to the apartment from the Tube station after dark did not feel safe.
