Very Clean ,spacious, very well equipped, very welcoming property beautiful garden lovely location near to the city 10 minute walk could not recommend this property enough but will definitely be looking to stay again we have a lot of very enjoyable comfortable. Stay here very homely property. Hundred percent recommend. Host to this property also was very helpful Help to enter the property hassle free Even left us some Welsh cakes Beds also very comfortable Cars very safe outside the property too on a quiet street Really couldn’t ask anything for more We had an amazing time Property accommodated eight of us with no problems plenty of room and space for everybody

The hotel was busy with a function when I arrived, this did not effect the service or welcome I received, receptionist was lovely and warm, room was lovely, bathroom was lovely, both very clean. Only thing I would say is the room was quite warm but I had a large window I could open so wasn't really bothered at all. I wish I could remember my room number to book the same room again, was just a nice vibe.

Booked this room for my parents visiting as it is very close to where I live, as was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The bar, dining area and reception area were all very clean and stylish. My parents had no complaints.

Parking costs, but this didn't affect us as I let my parents park at my home instead. The rooms had connecting doors that were locked by pushing the handle up instead of a key, which felt a bit unsecure, but didn't bother my parents.

Nothing special. 10 min wait for a veggie sausage to be cooked didn’t bother . Only fried eggs not scrambled . Nice tables . Coffee not good . No water just juice.

We had received code for entry before arrival. We arrived 2.44 pm . As entry was not allowed before 3pm we did not gain entry. Thankfully it was not raining as parking is a walk from the door on main street. There is no person on site. No reception. There is a very steep stairs immediately inside main door with very little swivel room, when managing luggage . We chose not to prepare food in the apartment,but if we wanted to cook there are very few utensils/bowls etc. Poor value for money.

I feel we paid alot of money, for a small double room. Yes it had a sea view somewhat spoilt with all the dried on seagull poop, that had been there awhile !!!!! The bed was very uncomfortable , with a mattress that needed replacing, at the price we paid I would have expected at least a couple of bottles of water in the room, also a mini fridge, at first glance the bathroom seemed ok. but the ' free toiletries ' were just a couple of soap dispensers. Attention to detail in the corners on the flooring would be good, as looked very grubby !!! the taps on the sink seemed to lack chrome underneath, and they were chips in the enamel in the bath. Therefore all very disappointing
