Lovely apartment and location was excellent, beds comfortable, could have done with a little info on how to get hot water but worked it out in the end , would recommend

We had one incident whereby I allowed the cleaner access when we were out and an expensive bottle of aftershave disappeared, no solid proof, but left us unhappy.

Excellent breakfast, I recommend the omelette!! Perfect location for “ All Creatures Great and Small “ lovers. Really lovely walks nearby. Could of stayed much longer.

Location is so central which is great. Was easy to find and close to everything needed. Showers in the bathrooms were lovely

No parking left for lots of guests Rooms are really small and walls are thin. We could hear quite a lot from the rooms next to ours overnight.

It was clean. Late check out for members. The location was perfect. The staff were polite and respectful, professional

No park on site. However there was a car park across the road which only cost £9 for 24 hours at the weekend. There was a lack of communication between the staff - I joined as a member which offered late checkout, but this was not handed over to other staff, and as a result I had two different staff calling me as they thought I overstayed.

Unfortunately, the service did not match the property and its history. The service in the restaurant is extremely lacking, some training is clearly needed. Lack of communication, time management, and authority. Simply put just rude. Staff blaming management and managers not taking any responsibility. Food was dreadful if or when if finally arrived. Not worth the money for the service and quality provided.

£20 for a burger and what would class as a half portion of fries day light robbery... half a cup filled with latte no frills for approximately £4 deffo bring your own unless you have a great budget
