Positive section of review
Breakfast was good and varied, full english breakfast done to perfection, excellent blackpudding. Room was better than expected good quality feel to the finish of the room. Location was perfect, but it was the price of the room that did it for me.

A little noisy but, its london, secretly liked it a lot. Room was hot could have used a fan, did have a little fridge though which was a good touch.

Fabulous location nice beaches, pubs and nature reserves nearby. Nice hot tub, altho cold first night (didn’t bother me). Plenty of kitchen ware to self cater. Owners left wine & chocolates which was nice touch.

Latch on gate bit stiff, had a knack to shut it. Think previous people had moved dials in boiler so had to try ensure it was as owners specified. Although a warm lodge, so only really hot water required.

It was central to the city centre and train station and was clean and tidy / well equipped and the host was helpful to know how to sort out the sofa bed, we thought the projector was a smart idea

The location was excellent, everything within walking distance! The apartment was decorated tastefully, plenty of room for the 12 of us and had everything we needed for our stay.

The main bathroom could do a look at as the toilet did not seem to want to flush a couple of times but then did work after a few attempts. But overall the place was great and we really liked it.

Fab location. Basic but comfortable rooms with toiletries, coffee machine, ear plugs and fans provided. Staff were extremely helpful.

As a budget option, I didn't have high expectations, the solo room was larger than expected and the bed comfy enough.

After going into the bathroom, I was presented with the remenants of the last guest presented to me in the toilet. I've never seen a bathroom in a hotel where the toilet hasn't been flushed. The lock on the door was falling off. Another group was locked in as they hadn't unlocked the front door, breakfast was late - clearly because the staff are overworked and trying to handle other problems. Also a black out blind costs £40, its worth the investment considering being unable to sleep after 4:30 was a mess.

Toilet! There was some sort of leak behing the actual toilet , dripping all night. It was hard to fall asleep .
