Perfect in every way, already booking again. Room was small but clean, tidy and everything you need. All the little extras were lovely, tea, coffee, milk, breakfast…. Wow. For the price as well. Oh and the location could t be better. But….. even better, Nicks restaurant below, wow. Food was insane, portions, quality and again the price. Expect to pay double what we did and 20% discounted if a staying guest. Just make sure you are hungry, phenomenal. Staff couldn’t do enough. Thanks guys 🙏

Very clean and comfortable. I had booked a single room and did not expect it to be that cosy to be honest. I was very happy with the tea selection in the room, the location and I just felt very comfortable staying there. The hosts have managed to create a very relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely stay there again should I return to Brighton.

Absolutely nothing hotel was dirty lift didn’t work asked for a sea view no such thing, unless dangled and swung out the side window. Was nothing like described in photos or description. I left upon checking in as was disgusted with the hotel. I asked for a refund and was told to go through booking.com.

Good Central location, close to Shooters pool venue where we were visiting for comp. Rooms good sizes and clean. Nice high ceilings really close to morrisons, town centre shops and train station. Price good for what you get. Chinese takeaway just right next door

No lock on toilet door. Free parking only available from 5pm - 9am and all day Sunday. Ticket machine only 2 hrs at a time within 9am -5pm (although there is parking close by, but still costs for the day). Mattress tooper on bed far too soft. A lot of noise pollution from outside, due to the older windows, but on saying that wasn't very noisy after midnight.

The bedroom was completely impractical for any business use. It was too dark to see anything, and only had one window which could not be opened. The room was uncomfortable, with nowhere to sit except in a dark corner along a wall - no chairs. There is a step trip hazard as you go to the bathroom in the night. The wardrobe spaces had no hangers so nowhere to decent to store clothes when staying for longer than one night. We handed a list of repairs needed for the room to the reception for action. Although photos of the rooms looked elaborate and were being touted as upmarket - the practicality of staying in such a damp smelly room with no useful facilities was not expected. At the very least there should be brighter lights available to use when needed. With the bed located by the door (less than 10 meters from the main road) we had no sleep with all the noise from the front door to the building opening and slamming shut at all hours. Absolutely detestable stay.
