The Yotel is in a great location across the road from the train station. Our room was a good size and the bed was super comfy (& high tech, as it converted into a couch at the touch of a button). The staff were super welcoming and we ended up staying here again on our return through Glasgow.

The fact that we made sure they had a disabled room by ringing before we booked and said yeh just book it and send a message with a request and got there and i couldnt even go the toilet beclausel my wheelchair wouldnt fit through the door frame 1 member of staff agreed with me and dlue to the fact i was suffering my girlfriends anxiety and depression went sky high and all she did was cry so thanks for a lovely p1 yr anniversary night You must be so proud i thought hotels are meant to cater for everybody needs felt like i was in a sweatbox on me way to court and as there was a concert on in manchester we were meant to go to couldnt as i couldnt attend to any of my needs so i was stuck everywhere was fully booked i basically drove to manchester from Liverpool got parmed of with a tiny room and spent £50 at the bar would of been better sleeping in me car and the manager didnt care 1 bit i couldnt even turn round in me wheelchair let alone swing a cat a £30 tent would of been more usefull to me 👏 p

Not as advertised, no washing machine, no toiletries, no tea or coffee, no pant press, desk, dryer, clothes rack or hand sanitizer. Needs towel hooks in bathroom and place to put toiletries. Needs bathroom fan as mould starting to show up in shower. Only one hand towel.

One waitor in the restaurant not very friendly & was stressed with a party if app 12 people staying there. Also, I waited half hour for my cooked breakfast on the the first morning because of the group of 12 having cooked breakfasts. 😐

No tv, blinds are too small for the window so light comes in. A lot of noise from outside. Someone tried to open my door during the night which scared the sh*t out of me. The entrance door is down a dark alley, very scary as a female on her own!! The whole apartment could do with a clean and a freshen up, tap in kitchen was about to fall off.

2 things We checked in late and had a very early start next morning. Although we paid on check in we couldn't for some reason get a receipt until the next morning when we other things on our minds. We arrived using the Pod transport from Terminal 5. It goes goes to an airport car park next to the hotel. It is very convenient. There was a fee for this , 8 pounds each person per journey totalling 32 pounds which was added to our hotel bill. Now the Pod transport has nothing to do with the hotel so a charge is understandable, but my problem is there was no mention of this in the hotel description nor when booking. This was a 29% markup. If more than 2 people are travelling, taxi from the airport might be better value and certainly if from a different terminal to 5 would be easier. Terminal 5 is accessible by free train but the airport central station is some way from all terminals, difficult with a lot of luggage. This charge is not the hotel's fault, but the failure to clearly mention it is. Otherwise The experience was excellent and we will return.
