The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Staff were really accommodating, we tried a number of activities which were all great, and drinking a cold beer in the sunset looking over the lake was remarkably chilled. Being able to bring our pet dog into the bar and enjoy live music, football on TV and a great atmosphere was even better!

We didn't manage the weather on the second day, but otherwise can't really take issue with anything!

The staff went above and beyond and although food is not included in the price the recommended restaurant was divine for evening meal I shall be staying here again in the very near future for business and pleasure

Gorgeous room, spotless and welcoming treats for my birthday celebrations. A perfect stay. Great location for the theatre.

The only down side was the noise levels from the streets - not awful, but noticeable. I’d definitely still return!

Nice hotel and restaurant. A little far from city Centre but that was clear at time of booking.

Was comfortable for one night stay before heading into London. Nice bar and staff

The car park was a bit confusing if you had to pay. Need to log your car when checking in at the checking desk

There are at least a couple of popular pubs within a short walking distance.

The staircase is slightly awkward for rather older guests (like me) with their bags.

Good location near Kings Cross station.

The window would close but it wasn't possible to lock it. Luckily we were on the fourth floor so the likelihood of having intruders coming in was quite low. The insulation of the window is very poor. There is a basketball field on the other side of the street, when there were people on the field it would feel as if there were playing and talking next to us, the noise insulation was that bad! So car and truck traffic is heard quite loudly too. The bathroom was very small (just enough space for a toilet and a shower head, the sink was in the bedroom). There is a wide enough gap on both sides of the door of the bathroom, so when you're using the bathroom there is no privacy.

Just the exterior of the hotel.

I was extremely disappointed with the breakfast offered. The breakfast experience was truly awful and significantly marred my stay.Firstly, the selection was extremely limited. There were very few options to choose from, and those available were of poor quality. At 8 o'clock when I entered the breakfast room, most of the things on the buffet had already been eaten and noone seemed bothered to replenish the buffet.
