Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  We had the most perfect over night stay. The apartment is stunning. The owners went over and above to make sure we had a great stay. The drinks and nibbles that greeted us on arrival were a nice surprise! The next time we need to use Le Shuttle, we will stay again! 10/10

  The location is great, just a short walk in to the town but away from any crowds. Ample parking and some nice walks nearby. Staff really helpful and friendly. Very pet friendly, and very reasonable fee for dog to stay with us.

  Basic menu at the restaurant. Decor in the accommodation areas could do with a refresh (they're clean but things like paintwork needs touching up) but the communal areas are nice. Price seemed a little high for the standard of room, althouogh that may be just the going rate for pitlochry.

  Beautiful spot nestled on the a littl stream. Lovely old building with stunning bar and resturant area. Located in the beautiful Village of prestbury.

  Unfortunately the smoke alarm was triggered in the ealry hours of the morning. This woke up all the guest. It is frustrating when people try smoke/vape in rooms.

  NOT the room they advertised. Only one bathroom not 2. No seating, No table, No washing machine, No tumble dryer, No desk or Seating Area as was advertised. Very poor state of repair (damage to walls and worktops, stains on sofa etc.) Smelt of damp and mould REALLY BAD, damage everywhere like marks on walls and holes in them, VERY dirty. Carpets dirty with multiple stains (looked like poo stains), Toaster didn't work, Pans and hob burnt , Food left in Freezer and dirt behind it that looked like it had been there for months, Mould in Shower which didn't work properly, toilet had stains, only half used toilet rolls left, water damage from leaking skylights, cooker old and stained. Rang agent immediately but of no help at all. Booked one night to go to a concert having just come back from a Spanish holiday so had to put up with it but had to washed ALL clothes on return home!! YES THAT BAD. Tried to complain to agent on arrival but no help at all, contacted them again on my return but with no help just fobbed me off with saying he would send me an email address for me to write in to but never sent it., complained to Bookings.com but only given a 10% refund as the owners refused to reply to them. Avoid please. Worst I have ever seen not fit for animals.
