We liked very much the location of the hotel, it was nice and peaceful, well, as peaceful as it could get next to he road but still was really nice. The staff was really nice and attentive, specially a Spanish guy from the breakfast team, don't know his name. The room had all we needed, apart from a fridge, but that's OK. In the morning we kept hearing a noise that came from outside, like a machine or something, and it was quite annoying but in terms of room itself, it was great.

I didn't like the Vegetarian breakfast very much, the sausages were this deep fried kind of vegetarian sausages which I usually hate. They only had croissants as a bakery selection and I prefer Continental breakfast than English breakfast so I was a bit disappointed about that. Also if you choose to have Vegetarian breakfast or the regular breakfast you couldn't have the poached eggs on toast or scrambled eggs on toast. It was one or the other. The orange juice was from concentrate, I mean you can tell these by the taste but again this is something that most British hotels do serve concentrate juices, instead of serving purely squeezed juice, so can't really do much about that. We also had dinner the day of arrival. Now, I would never order Fish and Chips, but I did this time to see if it would change my mind about this dish, but no. Plain, I didn't even get, at least, half a lemon to squeeze over the fish to at least have some flavour. The duck and pancakes was okay. And £7 for fries, obviously from frozen, with grated parmesan on top...

Absolutely amazing hotel 🏨 Leisure area and gym inside is packed with a sauna and steam room, and cafe Staff always quick to help with any issues and answer any questions you have during your stay, Bit of renovation going on inside the hotel can't wait to book a 2nd trip when it's finished and see what it looks like... Local area is also great back garden area connects directly to the beach and pier full of local commodities

The location of the hotel was excellent, we arrived into Bristol by train, and the hotel was only a few minutes walk away. As the lift was not working we were given vouchers for a drink from the hotel bar. The breakfast was extremely good. The hotel is situated only a short walk from the main city centre which was also a bonus. The staff very friendly and helpful. The price we paid was very good value 👍.

Absolutely ideal location, with everything on your doorstep pretty much . The place was clean and tidy and modern. The two female members of staff that I met were absolutely lovely and very welcoming ! Bargain for the price and we will absolutely be back again
