The decor and cleanliness of the property were excellent and the views amazing. The bed was possibly the biggest and most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The host very kindly supplied, tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, crisps, biscuits etc which was much appreciated.

Uncomfortable bed. My Room directly above Vaults bar, and directly opposite Vinnie's karaoke bar and another pub on the corner . It was very loud, I had hardly any sleep. At approximately 2am pubs sorting out the glass recycling. I had to keep my windows closed, due to loud noise, it was very hot. I was in ROOM 309, AVOID booking that room. Only 2 small pots of milk enough for 2 hot drinks, usually hotels leave 4 pots milk. 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sachets. It completely ruined my stay.

The rooms aren’t practical. The shower is raised in all rooms so my partner who is 6’3’’ could not stand. I asked for a different room and they told me all the rooms were like that. There are no hooks on the walls and only 1 towel bar for two towels. The nightstands are small and can’t fit much in them. I had to move the phone to put my phone to charge. We also had a water leak under the sink and they just put a towel on the floor to fix it and then the next day the maid removed the towel so we had a puddle of water on the floor most of the time. The bathroom is so small you can barely get in it and close the door and I booked a superior king room which was supposed to be bigger. I’ve stayed here before in a twin room that had a bigger bathroom than this, but the shower was elevated and the same, so anyone close to 6 feet will have to duck.

The appartment was smaller than expected. We had to keep going over the road to reception to report no plug in bathroom sink & water wouldn't go down, no toaster, fridge & kettle weren't working and also the bed was very uncomfortable. Also in the appartment above in the early hours of the morning,it sounded like someone was stomping across the floor dragging a settee behind them !! Won't stay there again!!
