  Great location and flat in good condition. It was easy to get the keys from a nearby shop.

  - The owner provided me with the check-in information only 30 minutes before my arrival, despite my attempts to contact them for a day prior. - Communication with the owner appeared unprofessional. They were unsure of the flat I was assigned to, and their messages lacked clarity. - The refund of the £200 deposit took three weeks instead of the agreed-upon 10 days. I had to keep chasing in order to receive it.

  Faulty water works above our head keeping us up all night from midnight to 9am in the morning. Asked to pay for what we assumed was a complimentary bottle of wine (it was no where near the mini bar). And no response to the complaint sent to a staff member - hence writing this review.
