I loved my stay at the Baltimore hotel,great location so close to the town centre and shops and very clean, the staff were so lovely and attentive. Fantastic value for money , breakfast was lovely. I will be definitely coming back and recommending this hotel to family and friends.

Good location, easy walk to all main visitor attractions and sites. Easy check in and check out and nice breakfast with lots of options available. Family room was large enough. Good soundproofing, clean bathroom.

Hallway on ground floor had a damp, musty, wet carpet smell but no obvious sign of where it was coming from. Smell did not go in to the rooms so once inside it was fine. Carpets looked clean but when picking something off the floor there was alot of dust and fluff etc which should have been picked up easily by a decent vacuum. Also noticed some dried blood on one of the curtains the following morning when opening them (reported to reception who said they would get it seen to immediately).

Pros: Friendly hosts, thoughful welcome gifts, location, traditional environmental, good size for 5 people, comfortable, household supplies on hand, great shower, animals in the farm to see.

Cons: Many different bugs in kitchen - it is a farm, but it did mean we had to wash all kitchen appliances before we used them, hosts gave us ant powder to use. Had a couple of power cuts whilst cooking but could deal with this ourselves by flicking fuse box back on - reported to hosts. We moved some furniture (a bed & 2 settees) and it wasn't very clean underneath.. Bathroom extractor fan didn't work and no window to open. Light pulls were dirty. Non of this overly affected our stay however. We had a nice time.

the entrance, hall and stairwell were all pretty shabby - need to be repainted and updated. The room itself was very small.

The accommodation was right in the centre of old Bexley with many amenities very close by.

Our room was very small, and the en-suite consisted of only a sink and a shower cubicle - no toilet. The room was described as en-suite, and I am sure that I didn't see anything saying that the toilet was along the corridor at the time of booking.
