  Good location, 50 steps to very good pub serving good ale and food. Good WiFi. Nice kitchen, although we didn't use it. Plenty of space for the two of us. Comfortable bed.

  Steep stairs, no toilet upstairs. Communication with letting agent. Had a form to fill out to give a security bond after paying booking.com. Sat outside for an hour waiting for a code on an hour to get the key before being able to make contact though WhatsApp and found I had to complete another form before getting the code very frustrating. There are no instructions on how to start the heating. We have no experience with boilers and radiators some simple instructions would be good.

  This is NOT a serviced apartment. It is a small, main road facing terrace house which has been converted into 3 flats. It was dirty, dingy & musty. There are major marks & stains on the walls of the lounge and bedroom. The bed smelled like the sheets hadn’t been changed.
