The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

location very good , near train station and city centre, near the meeting place of our travel bus, the host friendly. the host called the taxi for us , very helpful. breakfast at 8-9am, we have to go to trip before 8am , the host open the breakfast room for us, so we can have milk, orange juice, cereals, fruit, bread etc. And we can make coffee tea at our room. So very good service

The hotel location was excellent. Head doorman Paul Rushworth was very friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions of places to visit and bus/ train connections. The staff went out of their way to decorate our room for our anniversary leaving some unexpected treats for us to enjoy. We'd like to say how much we appreciated all of your kindness.

The bed was a double which was what we had booked but it felt a bit small as we are used to a queen.

It´s a nice flat, nice place. Lots of buses towards center (about 15 minutes) near this accomodation. Lots of food included, free wifi, hairdryer, towels etc.

I can´t imagine six people, four is enough to feel comfortable. And sometimes we heard neighbours.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good value, excellent location for the town and Bournemouth Pavilion
Positive section of review
Its location was excellent for touring around and for finding places to eat.

Our only concern was being next door to a pub which was very busy because of the celebrating patrons during this EARLY MAY BANK HOLIDAY. We needed to have a phone with a UK sim card in order to contact the owners to gain access to the accommodations...a problem if we weren't prepared. The info was embedded in an email that we saw later once we logged in using the free wifi.

Sunny Brae is one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Exceptional.

Just a one night stop-over, so suited our purpose.
Negative section of review
Felt a little uncomfortable, four of us, sitting in the small kitchen, whilst our host was cooking the breakfast in the same room. Would have preferred a separate dining area, away from the kitchen.

staff 24hr drinks available
