The location of the hotel to the north terminal at Gatwick was fantastic! so easy you walk through a connecting tunnel straight into airport terminal, if you are flying from the south terminal it was really easy to get to on the monorail right outside the hotel and they come along every 3 minutes so perfect location. Rooms were very Clean and tidy, lovely shower and lovely little extras like toiletries, shoe shine, sewing kit etc. overall very happy

The beds were far too soft it was literally sinking to the floor and really hot during the night. The food and drink in the restaurants and bars were very expensive with a service charge of 12.5% automatically added to your already expensive bill.

Breakfast was fine - not a cooked breakfast eater. Friendliness of the owners - and the red squirrels in the garden. Conveniently placed for doing the walking and sight-seeing we wanted to and catching the buses to get around the island (we don't have a car).

9.00 breakfast was a bit on the late side for us, since it meant that we couldn't catch the earlier buses out of Totland. Nothing else was a problem.

The hotel very much fulfilled the promise of the photo! It is in a lovely private square, surprising in a location very close to Victoria, though it was so quiet, you could not believe it. The beds in the room, both large doubles!

The stairs from the entry to the flat could be challenging if you are elderly, have young children, or a lot of luggage.

We paid extra for a family room expecting a more spacious room but it was only a small/average sized room for a couple Putting a divan which converts to bunk beds does not make it a family sized room! So disappointed.
