Positive section of review
Loved that the kitchen was equipped with tea, coffee and sugar on arrival and a good microwave, hob, toaster and kettle. Lovely to have a working TV with basic channels and option of Netflix. The bed was very low and soft so I personally found this uncomfortable and sheets were very thin, staff provided an extra blanket for me when requested which was great. Compact studio flat with nice layout. Staff were easy to contact and fulfilled requests such as a blanket, extra towels, etc.

Staff was great at dealing with requests, however I did not find that the property was cleaned regularly. Floor was dirty and I didn't have equipment to clean this myself (e.g. mop or hoover). The bed sheets were also not replaced or towels (until I asked). The boiler was also very loud when using hot taps and walls are very thin. So something to be aware of if you perhaps have young children or sensitive to noise. Windows are very tough to open and the one in the kitchen was impossible to open as it was so far back and needed to be pushed upwards but couldn't be reached.

Steve was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. There was tea and coffee available in the lounge as well as the room and a nice dining room with use of the fridge if needed. The bed was comfortable. Location was good, close to the seafront.

The homely touches made this stay really special, best stocked rental kitchen I've ever seen, and bath salts in the bathroom were such lovely details. We felt so looked after - and I loved getting to give nose scratches to Mouse, the horse. Thank you!

location was perfect and just a 2min walk from the sea front ;) the ‘breakfast’ lady was absolutely lovely and nothing was too much trouble. she was really happy & just what you need 1st thing to lift you up

the mattress was very tired, hard and had a distinct dip - probably needs replacing or at least flipping/spinning there was a strong smell of weed too but then this was prevalent in the whole district :(

The location is excellent. the public transport is perfect. The property is modern and easily accessible. The free gym and swimming pool access is excellent.
