The location is really good, just a stone's throw from the town centre and High Street. Discreet and quiet location. My level 3 room has a large bathroom with a lovely modern shower and a wonderful bath. The little sun window in the slanting attic roof has a marvellous view of the countryside with the morning sun glinting on the horizon. The toiletries are very good quality. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot bubble bath for 10mins every evening after a full day of walking and sightseeing the Cotswolds over the weekend I was there. My friend and I loved the room and house. We would recommend this to any adult looking for a quiet location to stay in while visiting the Cotswolds.

The cleaner did not clear the rubbish that the previous occupants had left in the wastepaper basket. It was half full when we checked in. We did have some problems locating the house as it is so discreetly located. The driving instructions provided assumed we were arriving via the Station Road. But our Google Maps led us there via the Rissington Road. As we're tourists, we were somewhat confused when trying to locate the house, and had to stop at the nearby petrol station to ask for directions. It would be helpful to add driving instructions for both the Station Road and Rissington Road approaches.

The location in Clifton was excellent. The number 5 and 8 buses from the end of the road get you to within walking distance of virtually everywhere in Bristol. The property is very close to the road though, so can be a little noisy, particularly when the recycling collection lorry is directly below your bedroom window at 6.30 in the morning. The property is excellent for two people who both want their own room, as long as they can both climb a fairly narrow spiral staircase.

A one of a kind gem, everything about the interior design was immaculate and tasteful while also being a very comfortable place to relax with friends. the bedrooms are extremely comfortable and again very well designed. the upper floor is jaw dropping. expansive living room, beautiful high rafters and large wrap around kitchen with lots of light and views of greenbelt countryside. its the perfect place to unwind

Ideal location central wilmslow Lovely property with private gated parking , lovely and clean and owner messaged us with check in information and if any problems . Second bedroom is slightly small but was perfect for us as family of 3 and much nicer than staying in hotel room. Had everything we needed - would stay again

The hotel is very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The room was a decent size and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are some nice touches, for example water stations by lifts and tea/coffee and water available in Reception. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Absolutely loved staying in this little place - just perfect for the 2 of us - a nice little getaway for our joint birthday treat. Could quite easily of stayed there and will definitely be returning to stay here in the future!

Stayed here for 3 nights for our family moon and we’re very happy with our stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is opposite a beautiful beach. Food in the hotel is delicious too.

The windows didn’t open very far, tbe bathroom one didn’t open at all and there was a weird bolt on the window in the single room that wouldn’t move
