  Booked twin room , Every time cleaner came I had to move single beds apart always left as double ??. TV far to small for room size And remote control several buttons not working, Dressing gowns not wearable so hard , windows opened onto fire escape 1 had No lock windows only opened a short distance but person outside could use implement to hook items, Food menu not very good My wife had fish and chips Not good batter soggy, I had sirloin steak paid supplement The steak was cooked to my liking but the quality of the meat was poor , Not enough variation on menu. Bath Needs grab rail for oaps to step in bath

  Tired carpet thread bare stairs and landing. Doors to rooms like office doors splashes of paint on. Dust in radiator and extractor fan. Dust ontop of tele. Sink plug hole rusty. Wallpaper coming off in parts. Very tired looking not worth the money.
